Troy started out at Nicholas Chamberlaine School, when he left school he acquired a job locally at Bayton Road Industrial Estate, Exhall Plating. It was then he realised that he did not want to do a ''normal'' 9-5 job. Troy then started working with a local tradesman who taught him everything he knows, upon this new found knowledge Troy then found a job working on various building sites where he was put to the task of managing the organisation of the site staff. TKB Construction was first recognised by another local company - Windseal Double Glazing. This is where Troy then started sub contracting his work, building conservatory bases for their customers. Potential customers then approached Troy after seeing his high class workmanship. This is when enquiries were made about house renovations, extensions etc. Troy then proceeded to work for himself bringing him to where he is today. Troy Burton- Owner - "I have never advertised before now, I am a firm believer of carrying out my work by word of mouth, knowing I have achieved great work, and keeping my customers happy. Recently my customers have recommended that I advertise a little getting the TKB Construction name known locally".
