Strange Humming Sound South Warwickshire May 2023

Anyone else hearing the strange humming whining sound outside at about 6:30 on 9th May 2023

A real strange sound that seems to slowly build up then slowly go away again

I’m in Honington, Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire and have been hearing it since about 6:30 this morning

It sounds like an electrical transmitter buzzing, but doesn’t appear localised and comes and goes

Could it be the phenomenon called The Hum
